Arwyn enjoys using fresh and local ingredients to prepare anything from a creative playful palate, to a traditional favorite. She loves keeping with variety, so each meal will be a pleasantly unique experience.
Arwyn has always found cooking to be an artistic outlet, experimenting with local cuisine from the many countries she has traveled to. She has trained formally at the Ashburton School of Cookery in England and ever since, she has been expanding and perfecting her menu. Her favorites being Mexican and Thai, their foundation in the use of fresh ingredients and the imaginative blending of complex flavors speak to the approach that Arwyn takes with every meal she prepares, no matter the origin of cuisine. She delights in creating menus that are tailored to each charter, making each trip aboard Marae an individual experience.
