Steven enjoys using fresh and local ingredients to prepare anything from a creative playful palate, to a traditional favorite. He loves keeping with variety, so each meal will be a pleasantly unique experience.
Steven is a culinary trained chef from the prestigious Culinary Institute of American with 10 year of experiences in 5-star restaurants in New York, Long Island, California and 15 years as a personal/private Chef on estates, motor and sailing yachts sailing to the Caribbean, Mediterranean, crossing the Atlantic and the Panama Canal. His fresh, local, and seasonal approach and love of serving people delicious food is demonstrated through his philosophy of servant leadership.
